Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact our support team.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Cagayan de Oro, Philippines.
Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations for a period of thirty days.
